The above relates to the title of the work/book memoirs of Lady Margaret Thatcher, Conservative Leader and the Prime Minister who projected the United Kingdom into the 21st century through the policies and the initiatives she pursued while in office.

'The Sunday Times' contracted with the copyright owners to serialise extracts from the book and the 'Daily Mirror' announced its intention to publish extracts, without license or the agreement of the copyright owners. As it was natural the owners applied to court for an appropriate order. We simply assert and assume that professionals and experts in the area of applicable law were retained and instructed accordingly.

In its ruling the CoA directed that the application before it was wrong and that the remedy for the copyright owner(s) lay in an action to be founded after the Daily Mirror was to publish extracts, and then to claim damages. We simply pointed out to the cost and method of seeking to establish damages in such a scenario.....HOW MUCH THE PROFESSIONS WOULD MAKE through the suggested / proposed scenario. In a nutshell copyright law did not exist for the occasion but it would exist after the 'Daily Mirror' published !!!!

We need to bring about changes both in Law and attitudes to LAW. The High and Mighty are of the opinion that we are still in "Bleak House" Era. The much revered independence of our Judiciary appears to be used to impose on the citizens undeclared Government Policies; with the Government of the day washing its hands (as in the N.U.M and other cases).  Similarly in every other case, every victim and citizen’s tribulations and complaints are brushed aside on the very SAME grounds but with the usual:- "they are the experts, what do you know of the law?  " YOU Refer them to The CAMILA Project* and the proposed C.A.P’s in the future; for now refer them to "The Breeding Grounds-case" * and "The Stephen Lawrence" * ongoing saga and the overdrawn tribulations of his suffering parents. "This document, ... promises radical and wide-ranging measures to ensure that the legal system as a whole, including the Legal Aid Scheme, the Legal Professions, the courts and the judiciary, is focussed explicitly on the interests of the individual citizen and consumer of legal services". 

In other words the courts will ensure the CITIZENS ARE SERVED; not simply the persons operating from within the legal circles; benefit from services by the courts and the Judiciary to be focussed 'correctly' and not blinkered. The letter went on:-

"We propose to put an end to waste, excessive costs, and fraud within the legal system and to refer every aspect of the operations of the legal profession to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission". 

THE IMPORTANT WORDS are "...fraud within the legal system...".

We have noted many changes since New Labour came into power. The present government must not succumb to the pressures and the oppositions raised from within the Legal System. It is time for EQUALITY and equal treatment as provided and assured under the law, national and international to which the United Kingdom subscribed and subscribes.

The unions were hammered to the ground and made to realise that the WHOLE, the other citizens HAVE RIGHTS. So should the 'almighty be made to recognise that they are not above the law. The so called 'untouchables' must be caused to realise that their personal interests (dishonest at that*) are not above the interests of the citizens as a whole and or to the country en masse. Our reputation as a nation of and with ideals AS WITH THE MUCH PROCLAIMED respect to democratic principles has been and is being tarnished and violated.

The situation is so because the very circles who were/are retained by successive governments (on behalf of the citizens, the taxpayers) have been let loose on society and they all indulge as they please, IN CONTEMPT OF THE LAW. For centuries, and for far too long, they have been free to act as they please; outside the LAWS of Parliament. With contempt, and impunity.

WHY blunt discrimination & FRAUDS IMPOSED on the taxpayers ?

When the Government (any) fails to consider the views OF and deal WITH the tribulations imposed on its own citizens from within and 'BY STATE RUN AND MAINTAINED INSTITUTIONS' that government ceases to have the right to refer to itself as a democratic government. DEMOCRACY means the state (KRATOS) in the hands of (DEMOS) the public; not in the hands of any single person and or group which is under any pressure and or controlled by the vested interests of others, let alone subject to 'secret briefings' and or undeclared policies and or practices. Ultimately it is the state that suffers the consequences on behalf of its own tested and 'abused' citizens; those who are caused to suffer the consequences of an 'amoral society'; the society created and promoted as and by those who Sir Peter Michael Ibden (ex Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police) spoke of in an explicit interview he granted to Valerie Grove (refer to "The Times" in October 1992).

CAP's: Misconduct in Public Office A police officer FAILS TO ACT AS HIS RETAINER COMMANDED - found GUILTY, appeals only to fail with implications 'the serfs' are no longer subject to because the rule of law, logic, common sense and MORALS , PRINCIPLES OF LAW & JUSTICE NO LONGER APPLY in a member state of the European Union.....

CAP's: Fraud Vitiates Judgement A court of appeal ruling that QUALIFIED & CLARIFIED that at some recent point in time, the rule of law applied, as the citizens (yet serfs) who were / are 'subjected' ('subjects of the realm', remember?)  to the whims of the corrupters, the corrupt and the corrupted. CAP's: "The Breeding Grounds-case" A targeted serf is faced with problems created by rogue builder and from the police, through to the courts, civil (County Court) and criminal (Magistrates Courts) is subjected to fraud after fraud after fraud with defaults and failures aplenty. Criminal damages to property and threats to life, irrelevant and immaterial because the victim family are targeted as a family that merits no protection under the law, the law as practised, naturally by the CRIMINALS WHO ARE & HAVE BEEN IN CONTROL for far too long. CAP's: Police Summons the Victim of crimes An inebriated (drunk) driver of one of a few continental saloon cars registered in the United Kingdom causes an accident and extensive damages to another vehicle. The drunk just drives off and all the police engaged in was to summons (5 Summonses) the victim who was not in breach of any statute or wrong act. A short and funny story covering also the reckless and vile parts of solicitors who treat victims of the police as non-entities and simply 'serfs' who work to create in order that the Masters & Lords in our society / country can just take, grub and steal through contempt of the law.
